I take a client- centered approach in my treatment and draw on aspects of humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral treatment modalities. I enjoy helping my patients learn from their life experiences and assisting them to acquire positive coping mechanisms. I provide short and long-term psychotherapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being in nature and writing short stories.
