Madeleine Stokes, LISW-S

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker and the Director of Operations & Business Development at the NeuroPsych Center of Greater Cincinnati. I started my career as a therapist, working with adults in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings. Over time, I found myself drawn to the bigger-picture side of behavioral healthcare, including developing programs, improving patient access to care, and finding ways to make services work better for both patients and providers. My clinical background is still a big part of how I approach my role today.

At NCGC, I work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to support the day-to-day operations of the practice and help grow our services. I’ve been especially involved in developing our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and building relationships with providers and organizations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to know other providers and organizations in the community and learning more about the work they’re doing. I enjoy finding ways to streamline referrals, connect people with the right resources, and identify opportunities for our organizations to collaborate.
